By using this web application you agree to the following terms of use:
DATA CONVERSION SERVICES
ITIPS will convert your supplied data of digital asset information to Landscape Form 1099-DA in Portable Document Format.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
ITIPS will correct any errors or omissions in data conversion services within 4 business days after notification by email of such errors or omissions. A refund of all processing fees is the maximum amount that will be paid by ITIPS for any errors or faults in its services.
APP PRICING
• Priced per 1099-DA.
• Each 1099-DA holds multiple transactions (18 transactions per page).
• Maximum of 500 transactions per 1099-DA. (Over 500 requires special arrangement and pricing.)
• Payable in advance. (Credits do not expire.)
• Extra for FDX and OFX tax document import hosting
• Extra for IRIS electronic filing
• Email us for prepayment invoice.
